Product images are representative of the actual item you will receive. Any significant defects or damage will be clearly noted in the product description.

Condition Grading: Books and collectibles are graded according to industry-standard condition categories (New, Like-New, Very Good, Good, Acceptable). Detailed condition notes are provided for each item to ensure transparency.

Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our sole discretion. In the event an item is no longer available after purchase, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

When you place an order through our website, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted when we dispatch the items to you and send you a shipping confirmation email.

Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent activity, or other violations of these Terms of Service.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship products from Garfield, Victoria, Australia (3814) to addresses within Australia and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin from the date of dispatch. While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including postal delays, customs processing, or adverse weather conditions.

Local Pickup: Customers in the Garfield, Victoria area may arrange for local pickup by appointment. Full address details will be provided upon request for pickup orders. Please contact us to schedule a convenient pickup time.

Shipping Responsibility: Once an item has been dispatched and tracking information provided, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit, but we will assist with insurance claims where applicable.

Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a fair and transparent returns policy.

Return Period: You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is in the same condition as when it was received. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included materials.

Non-Returnable Items: Digital products (eBooks) cannot be returned once downloaded. Special order items or personalized products may also be non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
