5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship products from Garfield, Victoria, Australia (3814) to addresses within Australia and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin from the date of dispatch. While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including postal delays, customs processing, or adverse weather conditions.
Local Pickup: Customers in the Garfield, Victoria area may arrange for local pickup by appointment. Full address details will be provided upon request for pickup orders. Please contact us to schedule a convenient pickup time.
Shipping Responsibility: Once an item has been dispatched and tracking information provided, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit, but we will assist with insurance claims where applicable.

Return Period: You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is in the same condition as when it was received. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included materials.
