Our Returns Policy
General Policy
Due to the nature of our business—selling vintage, antique, and collectible books—we generally do not accept returns on items that have been accurately described and photographed. Each item in our collection is unique, and we take great care to provide detailed condition reports and clear images so you can make an informed purchase decision.
Exceptions to the Policy
We will accept returns in the following circumstances:
- 1.Item Not as Described: If the item you receive significantly differs from our listing description or photographs, we will gladly accept a return for a full refund.
- 2.Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping (despite our careful packaging), please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage and packaging.
- 3.Wrong Item Sent: If we accidentally send you the wrong item, we will arrange for return and send the correct item at no additional cost to you.
How to Request a Return
If you believe your purchase qualifies for a return under our exceptions policy, please follow these steps:
- Step 1:Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item via email at [email protected] or phone at +61 466 063 382.
- Step 2:Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem (damage, discrepancy, etc.).
- Step 3:We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions for return or resolution.
- Step 4:If approved, return the item in its original condition using a tracked shipping method. We will provide a return address.
- Step 5:Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, item not as described, or damage in transit).

For purchases made through our eBay store, you are also protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. This ensures you get the item you ordered or your money back. If you have any issues with your eBay purchase, you can open a case through eBay's resolution center within the specified timeframe.
Understanding Item Conditions
To help you make informed decisions, we use the following condition grades for our items:
New
Brand new, unused, unopened item in perfect condition.
Like New
Appears unread with no visible signs of wear; may have minor shelf wear.
Very Good
Shows minimal signs of wear; pages are clean and binding is tight.
Good
Shows normal wear from reading; may have minor markings or creases.
Acceptable
Heavily worn but readable; may have significant markings, writing, or damage.
